Chroxxenfrax is committed to providing high-quality soft-skills and career development training services. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and returns for our training programs and related services.
Participants may cancel enrollment in chroxxenfrax training programs according to the following guidelines:
Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee
50% refund
No refund, but credit may be applied to future programs within 12 months
Refunds are not available, but we may work with you to find alternative solutions
Cancellation with more than 48 hours notice: Full credit or rescheduling available
24-48 hours notice: 50% credit or rescheduling available
Due to the digital nature of training materials, downloadable resources and online modules are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 10-15 business days using the original payment method.
Chroxxenfrax understands that exceptional situations may arise. In cases of documented medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer alternative solutions such as program credits or rescheduling.
While we strive for excellence in our training programs, if you are not satisfied with chroxxenfrax services after the first session or module, contact us within 7 days to discuss potential solutions. We are committed to working with participants to address concerns and improve their experience.
